Thank God everything is refundable. The home inspection report came in today and unless the seller is putting on a new roof and fixing the gas leak ... lol
(Lori here). I know they’re not fixing it and there’s electrical issues also. Plus some plumbing. And issues with the crawlspace. In other e, the house is an expensive disaster. They made it pretty but not livable.
